Colin, the Managing Director of Bob & Berts, approached us to build a fully customised loyalty app that would enhance customer engagement and drive repeat business. However, during the development process, we encountered integration challenges with their existing EPOS system, which was crucial for real-time updates of loyalty points.
Rather than compromise on the app’s functionality, our team developed a bespoke in-house solution that enabled seamless communication between the app and the EPOS system. This allowed customers to receive their loyalty stamps in real-time based on their purchases at the till.
In addition to the loyalty features, we included a store locator for all 30+ Bob & Berts locations and a powerful push marketing feature, linked directly to their ongoing campaigns. Within just 10 months of launch, the app has attracted over 20,000 users, significantly enhancing customer loyalty and interaction.
We also provide ongoing hosting and maintenance services, ensuring the app continues to perform optimally and support Bob & Berts’ growing customer base.
I love this theme. Sometimes it’s difficult to work with some themes, because even if they are created with Elementor, you can’t edit all the things with Elementor. Is not the case of Bili. All is created with Elementor and you don’t need Elementor Pro. Definitely recommended.
