What the main features mean

Weekly backups

A copy of your website is taken every week, so it can be restored if something goes wrong. Included on all three plans.

SSL certificate

Your website loads securely over https, which browsers expect and visitors look for. Included on all three plans.

Security monitoring and fixes

We keep watch for security problems on your website and fix them when they appear. Included on all three plans.

Email mailboxes

Email addresses on your own domain name. Priced per mailbox on the first two plans, with up to five included on Website Management & SEO.

Blog articles

We write and publish articles on your website based on what your customers search for. One a month or two a month, depending on the plan.

SEO work and reporting

On Website Management & SEO we improve agreed pages every month and send a report on rankings, traffic and the work done.

Questions about hosting and management

Which plan do I need?

Choose Basic Hosting if your website just needs to be hosted, backed up and kept secure. Choose Website Management & Basic SEO if you also want a new blog article every month and basic SEO. Choose Website Management & SEO if you want to put more effort into search, with two articles a month, on-page improvements, a monthly report and a new page when you need one.

How long is the contract?

Basic Hosting is paid yearly and renews each year. The two monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term, then roll on monthly.

How often do you back up my website?

Every week, on all three plans.

Is an SSL certificate included?

Yes. All three plans include an SSL certificate, so your website loads over https.

Can I have email on my domain?

Yes. Mailboxes cost £17 per year each on Basic Hosting and £9.99 per year each on Website Management & Basic SEO. Website Management & SEO includes up to five mailboxes.

Can you host a website you did not build?

Yes. We check the website first so we know what we are taking on, then agree the plan with you and move it across.

What is in the monthly report?

On Website Management & SEO you get a short report each month covering rankings, traffic and the work we did.
