About Juggernaut Technologies
The people behind your website and its growth
Juggernaut Technologies is a UK digital agency led by founder Stephen Williams. Since 2019 we have built websites, online shops, booking systems, mobile apps and software for small and growing businesses, and we look after search and paid advertising for many of them afterwards. Every project starts with a conversation about your business, a clear scope and a fixed price, and you are kept updated throughout.

Founder and Managing Director
Meet Stephen Williams
Stephen founded Juggernaut Technologies in 2019 and runs the commercial side of the business. He is normally the first person you speak to. He asks about your business, your customers and what the website, shop, app or software has to do, then turns that into a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.
He brings more than 20 years in marketing, plus eight years of SEO, paid advertising and website project management, so the advice you get is about enquiries and customers rather than design for its own sake. If a smaller website package, a repair of your existing site or a different platform is the better route, he will say so.
Once the scope and price are agreed, the team introduced below take the project through design, build and launch and keep you updated at each stage. Stephen’s job is the commercial side: making sure what is scoped is right for your business and that what is delivered matches what was agreed.
What you can expect when we work together
Four stages, the same on every project, whether it is a seven page website or a mobile app with an EPOS integration.
1
Understanding your business
We start with a conversation about your business, your customers and what the project has to do for you. On our website packages this is a dedicated onboarding call, and we ask for your assets, brief and content answers at this stage so nothing stalls later.
2
Agreeing the work
You get a written scope with a fixed price, what we are responsible for, what we need from you and the expected timetable. Nothing starts until that is agreed, and the price does not change unless the scope does.
3
Design and build
You see the design early (a first draft within ten days on our website packages), review it at agreed points and get progress updates, so you always know where the project is and what happens next.
4
Launch and support
Before go-live we check the site on desktop and mobile and test the forms, bookings or checkout where they apply, then hand it over. Website launches include 30 days of support for issues and minor changes, followed by the ongoing plan we agreed with you.
See what we have delivered
Three projects from our portfolio that show the range of work: a small business website, an online shop and a mobile app. Each card describes what the client needed and what we were responsible for. Measured results, where the client has confirmed them, are on the full case study pages.
Small business website, £499 package
Kevin Chesters
What we delivered: a £499 package personal website with a page for each of his four offers (strategy, speaking, training and his books), an Enquire / Book route and a blog, followed by ongoing website management.
What the client needed: a way for event organisers and business clients to understand what he offers and book him without fuss.
Ecommerce website, WooCommerce
Branded by Sammi
What we delivered: a custom WooCommerce store with logo uploads, print and embroidery options, placement choices, automatic pricing and quote requests for complex orders, plus training so Sammi runs it herself.
What the client needed: a reliable store she could manage without depending on developers, after being let down by a previous agency, where customers could order personalised workwear with their own logos.
Mobile app, iOS and Android
Bob & Berts Coffee App
What we delivered: a loyalty and Click & Collect app with digital stamp cards, Apple and Google Wallet passes, QR scanning at the till and a bespoke EPOS integration, which we host and maintain.
What the client needed: a loyalty app that worked with the chain’s existing EPOS so stamps and rewards updated in real time at the till.
The wider team
Stephen works with a small core team who look after finance, customer experience, project coordination and the technical side, and with a development team led by Rhonny that builds the websites, apps and software. This is who supports your project and how.

Katie

What we do and where we work
Juggernaut Technologies Ltd is a fixed-price digital agency founded in 2019 by Stephen Williams. We design and build websites, online shops, booking systems, mobile apps and software for small and growing businesses, and we provide SEO, Google Ads, hosting and website management once they are live. Every project is quoted at a fixed price before we start.
What we do
Where we work
Our registered head office is in Glasgow. Projects are run online and by phone, so we work with businesses across the UK, with a particular focus on:
Contact details for each area are on our contact page.
Just need a smaller website? Our website packages start at £499 to build, plus £29.99 a month for hosting, website management and basic SEO. The monthly plan starts at go-live and runs for a minimum of twelve months before rolling monthly, and the £699 package is looked after on the same plan. Full details, including what each package contains, are on the website packages page.
Questions people often ask
Who will I speak to about my project?
Stephen, or one of the team, will call you for a no obligation chat about your business and what you need. Stephen runs the commercial side of the business, so the written scope and fixed price come from him. Once that is agreed, the team introduced above take the project through design, build and launch and keep you updated at each stage.
Do you work with businesses outside Belfast, Glasgow and Liverpool?
Yes. Projects are run online and by phone, and our portfolio includes businesses in Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and further afield, from a nursery near Saffron Walden to a conservatory roof specialist in Cheshire. Belfast, Glasgow and Liverpool are the areas we focus on for local search, not a limit on who we work with. Browse our work to see the spread.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. We regularly take over hosting, maintenance and development of websites built by someone else, and we repair sites that have stopped working properly rather than rebuilding them when that is the better route. Quinn’s Coach Hire, Zeal Tax and Nicola McLaughlin Cosmetics all came to us with existing websites. See our hosting and maintenance page for how that works.
What happens after I enquire?
One of the team will call you for a no obligation chat about your business and what the website, shop or app needs to do. If we are a good fit we come back with questions and a fixed price, not a sales pitch, and if you go ahead we book your onboarding call and agree the timetable. Nothing is built until the scope and price are agreed in writing.
What support is available after launch?
Website launches include 30 days of support for any issues or minor changes. After that, websites on the £499 and £699 packages are looked after on the £29.99 a month plan, which covers hosting, weekly backups, security and performance monitoring, an SSL certificate, a monthly blog article and basic ongoing SEO. Larger websites and apps have their own hosting and maintenance arrangements, which we agree with you before launch. Details are on the hosting and maintenance page.
Where can I see examples of similar work?
Our portfolio can be filtered by project type: £499 websites, brochure websites, booking websites, ecommerce and Shopify stores, and mobile apps. Every card opens a short case study covering what the client needed, our scope and what we delivered.
