Questions about our services
Which service do I need?
Start with the result you want. If you need more enquiries from people searching for what you do, that usually means a website built to convert, plus SEO or Google Ads. If you sell products, it means a Shopify or WooCommerce store. If your team works around spreadsheets, a custom system may help. Tell us what you are trying to fix and we will recommend a route, including when a smaller option makes more sense.
How are your projects priced?
Every project is quoted at a fixed price once we understand what you need. You get a written scope first, and the price only changes if the scope changes. For smaller business websites, our website packages show what is included.
Can you work on my existing website?
Yes. We often repair and improve existing websites rather than starting again. For Zeal Tax we fixed an existing WordPress website, made it easier to book a call and now look after its hosting, SEO and Google Ads. If a rebuild is the better option, we will explain why.
Do you only work with businesses in Belfast, Glasgow and Liverpool?
No. These are the areas we focus on, but projects run online and by phone, so we work with businesses across the UK.
What happens after my website or app launches?
Your quote sets out the support period after launch, when we fix anything that is not working as it should. After that we can host and maintain your website, manage your SEO and Google Ads, or add content each month. See our hosting and website management plans.
