The issue
Sammi had been let down by a previous agency. An expensive custom platform was unreliable and left her dependent on developers for every change, while customers struggled to order personalised workwear with their own logos.
Our scope
New WooCommerce store: product configuration for colours, sizes and quantities, DTF print and embroidery options, artwork upload, multiple logo placements, automated setup fees and pricing, quote request flow, and training so Sammi can manage it herself.
The solution
We replaced the old platform with a purpose-built WooCommerce store. Customers pick a product, choose colour, size and quantity, upload their logo, select print or embroidery and where it goes, and see accurate pricing including setup fees. Bundle deals and an ex VAT / inc VAT toggle suit trade buyers, and larger or unusual jobs go through a quote request. Sammi now owns and runs the store.
Results
Lower ongoing costs, a simpler ordering process for customers, and full ownership and control of the store, as reported by the client.
