What we delivered: a Shopify store for an established toy and bucket hat shop, with more than 500 products uploaded and organised into collections, secure checkout and local landing pages, followed by ongoing SEO and maintenance.
What the client needed: a proper online shop that could handle a large, changing catalogue and sell beyond the counter.
A catalogue this size is quoted separately from the standard build, which includes up to 100 items.

What we delivered: a redesigned storefront for a calorie-controlled meal delivery business, with meals organised by type, a clear weekly subscription route, a calorie calculator page and multi-currency support for both markets.

Agree the scope
We agree what the store needs. You pay the £624.50 deposit and send your content and Shopify access.

Design with your feedback
You review the design and send feedback in up to three rounds, with each round’s comments collected together.

Build and test
We build the pages, upload your products, set up payments and shipping, and test the checkout.

Launch and support
After your final review and the second payment of £624.50, we launch. You get a recorded walkthrough, a written guide and 30 days of support.

What is included for £1,249?
A Shopify store designed around your brand, up to 25 pages, up to 100 sellable items uploaded, collections and navigation, payments and shipping set up with the checkout tested, on-page SEO, GA4 and Search Console, three rounds of feedback, and a recorded walkthrough, written guide and 30 days of support after launch.
Which costs are separate?
Your Shopify subscription, domain name, transaction charges, and any paid apps or themes. Shopify hosts your store as part of your Shopify plan, so you do not need one of our hosting plans. Bespoke integrations and larger catalogues are quoted separately.
What counts as a product or variant?
Each separately stocked item counts as one. A T-shirt sold in three sizes, each with its own stock, counts as three. The build includes up to 100 of these; management includes up to 100 each month.
How long does a build take?
Usually 4 to 6 weeks once we have your deposit, your content and access to your Shopify account.
How do I pay for a build?
A 50% deposit of £624.50 to start, and the remaining £624.50 after your final review and before the store goes live.
Do I need monthly management?
No. Shopify is designed so you can run the store yourself, and the walkthrough and guide show you how. Management suits you if you would rather someone kept the store updated, looked after reviews and SEO, and uploaded new products each month.
What are the terms for monthly management?
£150 a month, with a 3-month minimum term, then rolling monthly.
Can you redesign an existing Shopify store?
Yes. For Keeper LS Meals we redesigned an existing store so customers could browse meals and subscribe more easily. We look at your store first and quote for what needs to change.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. Nobody can honestly promise sales or rankings. We build the store so customers can find products, trust your business and buy easily, and we can keep improving it after launch.
