The issue

LS Meals sells chef-prepared, calorie-controlled meals to customers in Ireland and the UK. The existing store made it harder than it should be to browse meals, understand the subscription option and check out.

Our scope

Shopify store redesign: theme, homepage, collections, subscription presentation, TDEE calculator page and checkout flow.

The solution

We rebuilt the storefront so the two ways to buy, order individual meals or subscribe weekly, are obvious from the first screen. Collections are organised by meal type, the subscription route has its own clear path, and a TDEE calculator helps customers pick the right calorie level. Multi-currency support covers both markets.
