The issue

Nicola came to us frustrated. Her previous agency had left booking setup unfinished and the shop unreliable, so customers could not book treatments or buy products online. Every failed booking was lost revenue.

Our scope

Diagnosis and repair of the booking and ecommerce systems, restoration of product sales and appointment booking, performance and reliability improvements.

The solution

Within two weeks we found and fixed the faults in the booking and ecommerce setup, restored all product sales and appointment functionality, and improved how the site performs across devices. Customers can now book spa packages, treatments and academy courses, manage their appointments and buy products from the shop, and memberships are presented clearly.

Results

In the period after the fix Nicola’s online sales rose by 427% and bookings by 346% compared with the period before (figures supplied by the client at the time of the previous case study; comparison period not published).
