J&W Novelty Toys & Bucket Hats – Shopify Ecommerce Website
J&W Novelty Toys & Bucket Hats is a Belfast-based retailer selling novelty toys, collectibles, gifts, seasonal products and bucket hats.
William came to us because he wanted to take an established local business online and begin selling products to customers beyond the physical shop.
This required far more than a basic brochure website. The business needed a complete ecommerce platform capable of managing a large catalogue, organising different product categories and giving customers a straightforward way to browse and purchase online.
We designed and developed a Shopify website and uploaded more than 500 products, creating a full online shop that William and his team could continue to manage as their stock changes.
Key Features:
- Customised Shopify ecommerce website
- More than 500 products uploaded
- Novelty toy, collectible and bucket hat collections
- Online cart and secure checkout
- Product inventory management
- Sale and clearance product sections
- Mobile-friendly shopping experience
- Belfast and Northern Ireland SEO targeting
- Product and collection metadata
- Local landing pages for multiple locations
- Ongoing website management and SEO
The Result:
J&W has successfully expanded from a physical retail business into ecommerce and is now building a growing presence across Google.
The website has achieved position-one rankings for several targeted search terms, with additional location pages helping the business appear across more searches throughout Northern Ireland.
As search visibility has increased, online traffic and orders have followed. J&W now has a scalable sales platform that allows the business to reach new customers, promote hundreds of products and generate sales beyond the shop floor.
The project demonstrates what can happen when ecommerce development and local SEO are planned together from the beginning.
